[PATCH 0/2] Improvement on XSLT import

Re-organized patch for importing dive logs from other dive log software.
This is the same as a patch I sent under the thread "From JDiveLog to
Subsurface" except now the contents of individual patches make more
sense. Namely, the commit for Suunto import now contains everything
required instead of only the XSLT file.
