Subsurface ebuild

[Bearsh]

Hi

I've created two live ebuilds for subsurface and libdivecomputer. If
anyone uses Gentoo and is interested in trying them out, they are
located in my overlay at [1].

Dirk, if you like, just put a reference in the Download section on the
website to my ebuilds [2], [3] or to [1].

Any feedback is welcome...
