1.1 released

Linus released subsurface 1.1

Code is up on the git servers (right now we still use both gitweb and
git.hohndel.org)

Highlights of the new release include 

- allow ripping off of the Dive List and Dive Profile pages into
  seperate windows
- completely redone handling of cylinders
- major improvements to the UI - when typing into most text fields the
  UI now offers completions from previous values
- multi tank support
- better event visualisation with tooltips
- OTU calculations
- column visibility is configurable for some non-essential columns
- Makefile improvements
- a manpage (boy that needs more work)

New binaries are up for Fedora and SUSE.

Roland Dreier volunteered to create Debian packages as well :-)
