Windows binaries

It's possible to create Windows binaries. It's a major pain to find and
install all the pieces, it needs a few code fixes (I'll try to commit
those, soon), and I'm not quite sure if/how this can be packaged and
distributed in a way that complies with all the GPL requirements... but
I think I'll be able to make a Windows package available at some point.

My guess is this will increase the potential user base quite
dramatically :-)
