Windows installer

While I assume that most people here are happily building from source
and have access to Linux (or at least Mac) systems, I wanted to point
out that I managed to create a Windows installer.

Get it from the Downloads section on the web site

http://subsurface.hohndel.org/downloads/

I'd be really interested to see some feedback on how this works for
people - so if you have access to a Windows box, please try.
