new Uemis downloader

OK, I think I know what broke. As I feared, the 'obvious cleanup' of 
the parser.
Dang.
Will fix this afternoon and push an update.

(Very frustrating... I tested this quite a bit and then disliked a few 
lines of code when I reviewed the patches before pushing... But as I 
said at the airport I didn't test it again as they were 'obviously 
correct'. Yeah right.)
