Most debian source packages have a watch-file that should signal when new
versions show up upstream and an application that checks for that.  See:

	http://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/maint-guide/dother.en.html#watch

But:

	$ uscan
	uscan warning: In debian/watch,
	  no matching hrefs for watch line
	  http://githubredir.debian.net/github/torvalds/subsurface/v(.*)\.tar\.gz

Looks like the url needs an update.  I'll file a bts-bug.  Should soon
appear here:

	http://bugs.debian.org/subsurface
