Import from JDiveLog misses deco ceiling

Diego Mainou reportet some issues with importing data from JDiveLog
which I'm able to confirm:

When importing data from JDiveLog it seems that deco ceilings are not
considered, I created a ticket for this at

http://trac.hohndel.org/ticket/38

Dirk mentioned that someone in here with more experience in this part of
the code is able to check this.

I might be able to provide some test data if needed.
