Import from JDiveLog misses deco ceiling

IIRC including this info should go similarly to the temp info. But there must be sample data for both jdivelog and subsurface formats. Last time I looked into this there was no support for it in subsurface.

I can give this a go next week unless Linus is eager to write some more xslt ;)

And sorry for the top posting, there is at least 1 email reader in Linux that doesn't support anything else (MeeGo )

A test-data file would indeed be required. The xslt files are hard
enough to work with that doing this blindly would be insane.

Rant of the day: XML designers were crazy, and xslt takes that crazy
to a whole different level. "I know, let's use xml to describe a
language too". F*cking morons.
