i guess it might be possible in this scenario: if two persons dive at
the same time and then both of the DC's are imported, then the user
might decide to compare the dives, but also to edit the tiny
difference in start time manually. for example, to round the start
clock to "9:00am" on both. this is clearly a possible user side
scenario, there would be of course folks who wouldn't edit the start
time at all.
