cuft_to_l

Admittedly, my preference for SI units will never lead me down that code path,
but as a physicist, I feel obliged to raise a formal protest against the existence
of the function "cuft_to_l" in subsurface: This function claims to convert an
(obsolete) measure of quantity of gas into a measure of volume, which is impossible.

If subsurface makes obscure assumptions about some particular pressure, kind and
temperature of gas that would render such a conversion workable if fulfilled, it
should at least expose those assumptions to the unsuspecting user.

Otherwise, somebody using his tank with 300 bars initial fill pressure might e.g. get
a way too high value for his SAC rate, while somebody using his tank with 150 bars
initial fill pressure would be led to believe a way too low SAC rate.

That said, feel free to ignore my complaint, as SI unit users will not fall victim
to such issues, and SI ignorants may learn from their accidents ;-)
