That's a good point. I ended up moving things to display-gtk.h which is
where we collected all the interfaces that require gtk. I just really
didn't see the need for a new .h file.

I fixed another minor detail (the title of the "Overall Stats" notebook
now was misleading) and pushed this to Linus.
