Any people here with deco dives?

Deco dives, isn't that dangerous?

Just importet the dives from my OSTC to give it a try. I've attached
some sreenshots to ticket #5.

http://trac.hohndel.org/attachment/ticket/5/haven_ostc.png is the same
dive from the same computer as displayed by kenizooid in
http://trac.hohndel.org/attachment/ticket/5/haven.png.

Looks similar, but I'd suggest to change the color of the ceiling/deco.
Please take this general note: The sampling rate - especially for deco
information - in my OSTC is set quite low and does not refelect the real
dive profile.

Another example is shown in
http://trac.hohndel.org/attachment/ticket/5/zugersee_ostc.png, this is
the same dive recorded by my Shearwater as shown in
http://trac.hohndel.org/attachment/ticket/5/tg.png. This one is also
attached to this mail.
Regarding to the low sampling rate in OSTC it shows some (more) deco
violations which actually has not been there. But this is something
which subsurface is not able to handle but should be fixed in the OSTC
(in general I do not understand why there is a need for a sampling rate
for deco/ceiling, there is just few changes which could all be recorded
as is, but this is another topic).

Question for the OSTC events: subsurface shows some events which gets
described as "deco: 60" or "deco: 1200", what does this mean?
Some more notes to readers: Please ignore the partial pressures, they
are calculated for OC, dive has been on CC. Also note that the depth
shown is slightly incorrect, most likely as subsurface does not consider
salinity settings so far.

Dirk, thx a lot, this is real progress to make subsurface a choice for
technical divers.

Thx,
Jan
