[PATCH] Improvements on JDiveLog import

Hi Miika.

The patch works very fine, but made me notice another case, as I have
recorded in jdivelog some older dives originating from aladin computers
imported from datatrak. These dives store the sample time in format
0.3333333336 min for 0:20 min (this is 20 secs)
1.6666666666 min for 1:40 min (this is 100 secs)
and so.
The problem is that jdivelog2subsurface converts to 0:3333333336 min,
1:6666666666 min, etc, what causes strange behaviors in the rest of
calculations of subsurface (SAC, OTUs, etc).

I'm not sure it's worth the effort, but if you want to try, there are
attached a dive from jdivelog, the xsltproc output, an the dive as
saved by subsurface.

Best regards.

Salva.
