That seems easy enough (actually, it makes the 'production' of the DMG a
wee bit harder as right now the DMG is created by telling hdiutil to
create a disk image from a source folder... but I'm sure some creative
"moving things around in the file system" will allow us to still do that
and add additional files to the result).

Can you draft a README file that we should add which tells users about
the other oddities of using Subsurface on the Mac (like the fact that
sometimes you have to move the mouse before Gtk will render a dialog
box... I'm sure there are more that I just don't see as I am mostly a
Linux person)?
