Works under WinXP with weird Norwegian characters in file and directory
names (as well as in all the text fields), except for one issue: I'm
unable to use a default file with Norwegian characters in the path.

The registry entry looks like this: C:\Documents and
Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Subsurface\tæst.xml

Subsurface tries to load "Administrator.xml" instead.

When I manually change to "tæst.xml" in the registry, Subsurface shows
up with no dives and no file name in the title bar.

This is only related to the default file functionality. I can open/save
files in all other situations.
