Swedish, French, and Dutch translations need updates

Thanks Jean-Noël for the update, it looks all nice.

One thing though, I think I forgot to remove the line (at the top):

Which is why there has been confusion earlier about who did the first fr
draft. Now you all know which file I took to create the fr_FR.po :)

Should we remove that line?
