This works for me on F17:

    LANG=sv_SE.UTF-8 subsurface

but it currently *only* works if you run it from the subsurface source
directory (or, I guess, in /usr), for the reason that was mentioned
elsewhere on the mailing list: subsurface on Linux sets the gettext
domain path to "./share/locale",

Simply removing the "bindtextdomain()" call in main.c fixes it for me
on Linux, but I have no idea what that does on other platforms...
