I tried various permutations of this (sv_SE.utf8, sv_SE.UTF8,
sv_SE.UTF-8) and running subsurface locally as well as globally (well, I
have for some reason compiled subsurface under ~/source/subsurface and
in /usr/local/share symlinked this subsurface).
