Swedish transaltion update and How to use locale?

Yeah, apologies, I should have mentioned I am on F17 too. So this
/should/ work, but... no. I have subsurface in ~/source and symlink it
from /usr/local/share, if that could be the difference.

Agreed, some more tweaks should be done. I'll be happy to do my best on
the Swedish translation, but also rarely use localisation as often
translations appear artificial or anglified which just looks silly. For
diving I am not sure there even are "official" translations for all terms,
we used English (well, American) materials when I did the
rescue/divemaster.
