[PATCH 2/3] Removed the delete option by right clicking on "Dive Info"

You are of course right. No idea why this failed for me last
night. I'm still not a huge fan of these confirmation dialogs.

Since these are clean patches that fix a real issue I pushed them on
master, but I really want to hear from more people.

Please try this and delete dives and/or trips from the divelist. I'm
sure there must be a better way to do this, even if we decide to go with
these dreaded confirmation dialogs. Maybe show the dive numbers or dive
dates of the dives that would be deleted? Something a little more
informative?
