Trying to download VT4 on Windows

Hi,
 
I am trying to download my VT4 to SubSurface 2.1 on 
my Windows XP.  When I use Oceanics OceanLog it sees the VT4 when I plug it in 
however it does not appear as a drive on Windows.  Due to this I don't know what 
to change COM3 to, to download the dive info.  Any thoughts on 
this?
