Decimal values rounded on save

A current "as of now" Windows binary is at http://subsurface.hohndel.org/subsurface-2012-09-03.zip

This is just the .exe (since you have been testing already, I assume you have all the DLLs and everything installed already).

Let me know if you have any more issues with that.
