I have committed all the bugfixes, except for the D9 gasmix fix. So that's the 
only thing left.

Once that's done, it's only a matter of merging the bugfixes from the 
release-0.1 into master and actually making the release (git tag, tarballs, 
etc). The release notes and everything are prepared too.
