And just for comparison i ran the numbers in decoplanner just to check,
and its kinda in the same ballpark, but that doesn't mean its right.

The flip-point is if you move GFHigh between 73% and 74%. I don't know
the internals of Buhlmann to say anything, but it smells fishy.
