No, seriously, my development machine is my only staging server. I 
tested where I could.

divelogs is now live with UTF8!

Please feel free to test it on the live server, all DLD files SHOULD now 
contain proper UTF8. Please let me know if you discover one of the (at 
least) hundred things I oversaw. Data exchange with Diving Log via the 
API works fine, so no issues here, thank God.

Dang, that was a real pain, PHP has some serious issues with file 
encoding changes...
