Were those dives entered before yesterday? If yes, then its because of
the conversion that happened in pre-UTF8-ages and that's what's in the
database.
If you enter new dives today, you shouldn't get these html-encoded
characters in the Export. Could you test that with a dive?
Please leave the existing dive, so I can look for a way to convert them
to readable characters before sending the XML (for legacy data)
