This was with the manual DLD export. Seems to work now. (I have not tried
the API for exporting after the change to UTF-8.)

Dirk: any change of compiling Windows binaries with the latest .DLD stuff
in it?

For the XML conversions, it should be enough to copy the new XSLT files
over the old ones. However, I guess the current build might not have the
direct .DLD upload available.
