[PATCH] Add tags for night and freshwater

Dirk,

I think I like the idea of mutual exclusion for relevant pairs.

BUt I'm wondering how many relevant pairs we might find.

Salt vs fresh seems pretty clear to me and if we can detect it
automatically in some cases - even better.
Night and daylight maybe? (default based on approx time of day/date?)

But I started to wonder about practicalities when I got to boat & shore.
My boats are either RIB or hard boat and I see them as different. Is a lake
dive by definition a shore dive, or does a shore dive have to start on a
beach beside the sea?
