Tank Info port

it`s my branch of a port of the struct tank_info to the Qt Gui ( it doesn`t
change anything on the tank info, just uses the already created global -
var to populate the Qt Model system , and the Model will populate the
QComboBox. ) - already working.

With this in, I can fix the freeze that you got on the Cylinder models.
