Kinda, we still have to tell Qt what the action for the preferences dialog is. 
There's a standard shortcut for it and it gets added to the right menu, 
somehow. I can take a look to see how it's done.

I'm guessing our UI hackers don't have access to Macs and haven't noticed the 
issue. Looks like a low-hanging fruit, though.
