next steps (and sorry for having disappeared)

Actually, I find the map in a 4th panel to be less than helpful because of
its small size and the issues Henrik mentioned.  I both worked and looked
better as a separate window.

If it is retained as a 4th panel, it needs to start zoomed out if no
coordinates are associated with the dive and zoomed in if a geo loc is
present.  It should be ideally zoomed to include all dives selected if more
than one.  That may be asking too much.  In all cases, the text needs to be
more readable - currently much of the text has text effects and looks
pixellated like being zoomed way in on a bitmap image.

Currently, in the view menu, one can view all panels or just one.  The
ideal would be to let the user toggle each panel independently and/or open
each panel as a separate window.  I have no idea how hard that would be in
the qt-ui.
