Save and cancel buttons disappear when adding/editing dive

Hi!

The save and cancel buttons often disappear when adding/editing a dive, 
since they're at the bottom of the scrollable top left widget.  This is 
confusing.

It would be perfect if the "The dive is being edited" label was sticky 
(above the scrollable widget) and included the save and cancel buttons.  
That way they would never disappear.

I've added a mockup of how it would look like (see save-cancel.jpg).  Is 
this possible to achieve?  Tomaz?
