Update to manual

  User-manual update. 1) Added section about Information Box on profile
     2) Added short section on import from Mares Dive Organiser
     3) Sorted out the font and style problems in the manual.
     4) Numerous small edits throughout text

One question. I do the translation here from user-manual.txt to 
user-manual.html because I have the custom css file (more correctly: 
asciidoc theme) loaded int my /etc tree in the root directory. That is 
where asciidoc expects it to be. So I tried to git add both the .txt as 
well as the .html versions of the manual. But git complained that, if I 
wish to do this, I need to force the add with a -f option. So I did not 
force-add the .html version. In the normal production cycle, where is 
the .html version generated? At the site of the git master or locally, 
just putting the html in the Documentation folder?
