Help needed: authors for user manual

Hi Willem.

Attached is a patch with a first try on documenting both, the companion
app and the option in Subsurface.
Feel free to modify it as you like, especially the captures of the
download dialog as they are localized in spanish, which may be not the
ideal for an english manual ;-)
