Latest updates to manual?

I am waiting for my latest updates to the manual to reflect in the 
master. Currently it does not appear to be incorporated. Upon submission 
I got a message:

Your mail to 'subsurface' with the subject

     [PATCH] Manual update

Is being held until the list moderator can review it for approval.

The reason it is being held:

     Message body is too big: 2466061 bytes with a limit of 800 KB

Do not know whether it is still out there somewhere. Have you seen my 
submission?

Once it is incorporated,  I could continue to complete the text in time 
for the release of V4.0. I am a little pressed for time, given I will be 
out of the country during the latter half of the week.
