How to build subsurface on a mac, without brew and with xcodebuild.

I played around with a mac for a bit today and managed to get subsurface
to build, in a bit different way than whats documented in the
INSTALL-file.

Attached is a shell-script that mostly wraps up what i did to get it to
build.

One nice thing is that this made it possible to run the build of
subsurface via clang-scan. It barks quite allot, as usual.
