I had noticed that... but given we have a South African volunteering to
write the manual, pushing for en_US seemed wrong... yet on the other
side, the program itself has always been en_US...

I am taking your patch as is because at least now we are getting closer
to being consistent.

And because I admire your patience and diligence fixing errors and
improving the consistency of our user manual. As I told Willem - folks
like you are my heroes.
