please test the Subsurface 4.0 binaries uploaded to the website

I know. As I mentioned, I'm planning to do a 4.0.1 around the holidays.
The goal would be to make sure that it works on 10.5 and newer (current
binaries were built on 10.7 and appear to fail on 10.6). And while I'm
at it, I'll build everything in brew with a very obvious
/usr/S/u/b/s/u/s/u/r/f/a/c/e/build/path prefix

I think that will reduce the number of people for whom this causes a
conflict :-)
