Subsurface compilation fails

Works for me:
Subsurface v4.0-95-gdcc143ae4ff4, built with libdivecomputer v0.4.2-devel
(5c16b28fb9437135f3d7f49c5b584cb220be3bbd)

libdivecomputer$ git blame ./include/libdivecomputer/descriptor.h | grep
DC_TRANSPORT_SERIAL
d4a8f2eb (Jef Driesen 2013-04-16 12:32:03 +0200 34) DC_TRANSPORT_SERIAL,

Updating libdivecomptuer will probably solve the problem. Tagged version
0.4.1 does include the DC_TRANSPORT_SERIAL (I use branch release-0.4 for
libdivecomputer that gets even more recent and IIRC recommended for
subsurface).
