Small bugs related to translation

There's still one minor(?) problem:

We have two strings "air" and "AIR". Last one is used to populate
combobox in planner.c. And it appears that these two should be equal,
otherwise I get error on console:

  invalid gas for row 0

In my case "AIR" translation is capitalized. Any ideas on this?
