Importing old format.

Folks,

I updated subsurface wanting to do some translations and I found out I am
not able to import my old dives from - I assume - old XML format.

<program name='subsurface' version='1'></program>

It was great opportunity to check the web documentation if there is
something about. I failed.

Is it known issue or nobody faced the problem?
