[PATCH 2/2] Add initial rudimentary no-fly time calculation

Well, it is the algorithm that (most) everyone else is using, just a
fresh impleentation of that algorithm.

But as much as it pains me to add another string (the translators will
love you for it), this is one place where I AM willing to make an
exception.

So we should add the same warning / disclaimer to both this window and
to the actual plan that we print in the notes (that way it's only one
string).

How about

"DISCLAIMER / WARNING: THIS IS A NEW IMPLEMENTATION OF THE BÜHLMANN
ALGORITHM AND A DIVE PLANNER IMPLEMENTION BASED ON THAT WHICH HAS
RECEIVED ONLY A LIMITED AMOUNT OF TESTING. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO
PLAN DIVES SIMPLY BASED ON THE RESULTS GIVEN HERE."

I'm open for other ideas / other wordings.

With apologies to all the translators who are working very hard on
getting us great localizations in a dozen languages...
