Right click map selection

Here's a patch, but it isn't finished.  It shows text on top of the 
"Pick a location" map, but it also covers the map with a grey 
background.   The map is visible when click-dragging on the widget.  Is 
anyone else able to figure out how to finish this patch?

I'll be diving tomorrow morning, so I'm heading to bed :)
