You can just leave that as is. It's a weird word used by Uemis for one
possible drysuit material. No one will ever run into this if you leave
it unchanged, frankly.

As a closed circuit / rebreather diver, you may encounter a problem with
your equipment and have to abandon the rebreather and instead switch to
a regular (open circuit / OC) SCUBA equipment to make it back to the
surface. So you are "bailing out to OC".

>  msgid "CC SetPoint"

Again, closed circuit / rebreather. For this equipment you usually set a
specific partial pressure of O2 that you are breathing during the
dive. That partial pressure is the "CC SetPoint"
