More planner weirdness

I've been playing with the planner again, now I'm not a technical diver but
have done small amounts of deco on single mix air and nitrox dives.

I made the following plan.

Subsurface dive plan
based on GFlow = 30 and GFhigh = 75

Transition to 30 m in 3:00 min - runtime 3:00 on (18/45)
Stay at 30 m for 25:00 min - runtime 28:00 on (18/45)
Transition to 9.0 m in 2:20 min - runtime 30:20 on (18/45)
Stay at 9.0 m for 2:00 min - runtime 32:20 on (18/45)
Transition to 6.0 m in 0:20 min - runtime 32:40 on (18/45)
Switch gas to EAN100
Stay at 6.0 m for 5:00 min - runtime 37:40 on EAN100
Transition to 3.0 m in 0:20 min - runtime 38:00 on EAN100
Stay at 3.0 m for 1:00 min - runtime 39:00 on EAN100
Transition to 0.0 m in 0:20 min - runtime 39:20 on EAN100
Stay at 0.0 m for 0:00 min - runtime 39:20 on EAN100
Gas consumption:
2390l of (18/45)
178l of EAN100

Now to be honest i have no idea whether that profile is correct or not but
the ascent rates in the deco phase certainly look sporty to me!

Both transitions from 6 to 3 and 3 to surface happen in 20 seconds,  To get
this i specified the descent rate and gas, a constant depth on 18/45 and
then just a 6m 100% with no time.

Should there be a maximum ascent rate setting or even something hard coded?
