openSUSE builds

Thanks to Anas we now have openSUSE builds of Subsurface (and libdivecomputer) available:

2.1 is in http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/nashif/

latest git is in http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/nashif:/subsurface:/unstable/

If you are running openSUSE feel free to test and report any issues you might find. Anas is now on this mailing list :-)
