I'm perfectly capable of typing Bühlmann on my US keyboard.
The issue is that in a ton of English language material his name is
spelled Buhlmann. Even on some of the scientific sites carrying his
original work.

So yes, one can argue that this is wrong. But at least now we are
consistent :-)
