I think those OSTC dumps are what I used for the original UDDF format
import code. They have the ISO 8601 time format that we already
parsed, ie
<datetime>2011-05-09T21:01:18</datetime>
and judging by the one dump I just double-checked, we seem to still
parse it right.
That said, I notice that they have a different gas mix naming scheme
than the DR5 dump you had. The DR5 dump has just plain integer mix
names, so it had things like
<mix id="0">
<o2>21</o2>
<he>0</he>
</mix>
and then the gaschange things had just
<switchmix ref="0"/>
while the ostc dumps look like this:
<mix id="tx1148">
<name>TX 11/48</name>
<o2>11</o2>
<he>48</he>
</mix>
...
<switchmix ref="tx1148"/>
and we do *not* parse that, because I made the gaschange translation
just do things with a raw index (which just happens to work for the
DR5)
So if somebody wants better UDDF imports, they'd have to enhance our
code to actually have ref-names for the cylinders and look them up.
