Import Dialog changed?

BTW: I'm on 13.04.

And guess what, after doing an apt-get upgrade the dialog looks correct
now, see screenshot. The strange thing that the menu moves to the left
upper corner is also gone...

Strange, ehh? I supect this to be gone when the box is rebootet, will
report back when I did...
